Jake Durham

Jake Durham owns Rogue Valley Concrete Pumping. He earns every dollar he is paid by working hard to make any job easy for concrete contractors. Pat Hill

Pat Hill of Hill Top Excavation is the man with experience when it come to dozing. He built roads for BLM for most of his career, retired, and is now working part time for his brother Mike Hill. He is one of those guys who "opens the gate with his dozer when he comes and shuts the gate with the dozer when he leaves". That machine is an extension of his body and this makes dirt easy.

This guy is all about tile. His wife is his partner and helper. They keep an honest schedule and will not compromise quality. In his mind there is only one way to do tile, "the right way".

Travis specializes in concrete flat work and he has all the right equipment in his tool box to get the job done quickly and efficiently; without waiting for rental equipment. He is a true professional who has proven to be a huge asset to my team.

Steve is owner of Covenant Concrete. He wants his concrete foundations to look excellent, even the parts that don't matter and get buried. He talks very respectfully and cleanly to his employees and my customers, which tells me a lot about his character. Complicated layout, "no problem". He helps me have a wining team, starting with (in my opinion the most important part) an excellent foundation.
